WindGen Energy, Inc. Signs License Agreement with Wind Sail Receptor, Inc.

Phoenix, Arizona, April 28, 2009, InMedica Development Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: IMDD), dba, WindGen Energy, Inc. entered into an exclusive License Agreement with Wind Sail Receptor, Inc. of Boulder City, Nevada for the marketing, sales, and distribution of Wind Sail Receptor’s Wind Turbines for converting wind energy into electrical energy. Wind Sail Receptor’s patented technology includes a new rotor blade made of a polyurethane material developed by Mr. Richard A. Steinke, the inventor, Chairman and CEO of Wind Sail Receptor, Inc.

WindGen Energy’s exclusive license agreement covers the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom and applies to all wind power generation systems to be developed by Wind Sail Receptor, Inc. having a diameter of fifteen (15) feet or less. The License is nonexclusive for the rest of the World except for Latin America. Wind turbines of this size can help provide renewable energy for homes, farms, cabins, small industrial and manufacturing facilities, motor homes, boats, and recreational vehicles.

“I chose WindGen Energy, Inc. to market our smaller wind turbines because of a long-time friendship with the President, Dave Martin. Dave served as my Vice President of Sales and Marketing while I was the Chairman and CEO at Amerityre Corporation (Nasdaq: AMTY) (where I developed many polyurethane products. Amerityre Corporation has many years experience manufacturing and marketing specialty urethane products, and it is my intention to have them manufacture the blades for the Wind Sail Receptor Wind Turbines,” said Richard A. Steinke, Chairman and CEO.

“Converting to renewable energy for a portion of our electrical needs is the responsibility of all of us. We are pleased to have been selected by Mr. Steinke and Wind Sail Receptor to market his small diameter Wind Turbines. We anticipate having product available by the end of 2009,” said Dave Martin, WindGen Energy, Inc.

The Wind Sail Receptor technology is still under development and currently is not a commercial product. No manufacturing capability currently exists and there can be no assurance that the technology will develop into a commercial product. There is significant competition in the wind energy generation sector from established companies with proven products and existing financial capability.
